Regulamin uczestnictwa w konferencji on-line:

NEW CITY HABITAT, dnia 25 września 2020 r.

 §1. ORGANIZATOR / TERMIN

  1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa warunki uczestnictwa w Konferencji NEW CITY HABITAT organizowanej przez Gminę Miejską Kraków, reprezentowaną przez Dyrektora Zarządu Zieleni Miejskiej w Krakowie.
  2. Konferencja on-line odbędzie się w dniu 25 września 2020 r. i będzie transmitowana za pośrednictwem sieci Internet. Dostęp do transmisji będzie możliwy po wcześniejszym zalogowaniu się na platformie Zoom.

  §2. DEFINICJE

Jeśli w treści Regulaminu wprost nie zastrzeżono odmiennie, poniżej wyszczególnionym pojęciom pisanym z wielkiej litery nadano następujące znaczenie:

  1. Regulamin – oznacza niniejszy dokument zawierający zbiór zasad i warunków uczestnictwa w Konferencji, dostępny na stronie internetowej pod adresem: https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja/regulamin.html,
  2. Organizator – oznacza Gminę Miejską Kraków (NIP: 676-101-37-17), reprezentowaną przez Dyrektora Zarządu Zieleni Miejskiej w Krakowie, adres: ul. Reymonta 20, 30-059 Kraków, stanowiącego jednostkę budżetową Gminy Miejskiej Kraków,
  3. Konferencja – oznacza organizowaną przez Organizatora konferencję ON LINE pod nazwą: „NEW CITY HABITAT” dnia 25 września 2020 r.,
  4. Rejestracja – oznacza zgłoszenie Organizatorowi chęci uczestnictwa danej osoby fizycznej w Konferencji poprzez wypełnienie Formularza zgłoszeniowego,
  5. Formularz zgłoszeniowy – oznacza formularz dostępny na stronie internetowej: https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja/rejestracja.html, za pomocą którego następuje Rejestracja,
  6. Potwierdzenie zgłoszenia – oznacza komunikat wysyłany przez Organizatora na adres poczty elektronicznej podany przez Uczestnika w procesie Rejestracji, potwierdzający Rejestrację,
  7. Uczestnik – oznacza osobę fizyczną, która została wskazana w Formularzu zgłoszeniowym,
  8. Cena – oznacza cenę za udział w E-Konferencji zgodnie z § 5 Regulaminu,
  9. Dane osobowe – oznacza dane pozwalające na zidentyfikowanie osoby fizycznej i ustalenie jej tożsamości.

  §3. POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

  1. Oficjalny serwis internetowy Konferencji znajduje się na stronie internetowej pod adresem: https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja.html
  2. W ramach Konferencji odbędą się prelekcje (sesje wykładowe i Q&A).
  3. Postanowienia Regulaminu stanowią integralną część Rejestracji na Konferencję i obowiązują wszystkich Uczestników.
  4. Wymagania techniczne niezbędne do korzystania ze strony internetowej Organizatora:
  1. urządzenie mające dostęp do sieci Internet,
  2. dostęp do konta poczty elektronicznej,
  3. poprawnie skonfigurowana przeglądarka obsługująca pliki cookies. Proponowane przeglądarki: Internet Explorer w wersji min. 8.0, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome,
  4. może być potrzebne pobranie i zainstalowanie aplikacji Zoom na swoim komputerze  - link do najnowszej wersji Zoom for Meetings: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting
  5. wymagane wersje przeglądarek - opisane przez Zoom - po tym linkiem w dziale Supported browsers https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362023-System-requirements-for-Windows-macOS-and-Linux 
  1. Informacje o Konferencji wraz z podaniem wysokości opłaty, prezentowane na stronie internetowej Organizatora nie stanowią ofert w rozumieniu art. 66 § 1 ustawy z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny (tekst jedn.: Dziennik Ustaw z 2019 r. poz. 3145 z późn. zm.). Informacje o Konferencji wraz z podaniem wysokości opłaty stanowią jedynie zaproszenie do zawarcia umowy w rozumieniu art. 71 Kodeksu cywilnego.
  2. Konferencja prowadzona jest w języku angielskim. Zapewnione jest tłumaczenie symultaniczne na język polski.
  3. Konferencja ma charakter zamknięty.
  4. Ilość Uczestników Konferencji jest ograniczona do liczby 200 osób.
  5. Organizator może pytać Uczestników o ogólną opinię i poziom zadowolenia z przeprowadzonej Konferencji online, w tym organizacji oraz sposobu zapisu. Opinie mogą być zbierane w formie pytań lub krótkich ankiet dostępnych w formie papierowej lub elektronicznej.
  6. Organizator może prowadzić i publikować statystyki dotyczące Konferencji online.
  7. Organizator ma prawo do przesyłania Notyfikacji zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności.
  8. Organizator ma prawo według własnego uznania rozszerzyć właściwości funkcjonalności E-Konferencji. Zmiany takie nie mogą prowadzić do obniżenia jakości realizowanej Konferencji online.

 §4. WARUNKI UCZESTNICTWA

  1. Warunkiem uczestnictwa w Konferencji jest dokonanie Rejestracji za pośrednictwem Formularza zgłoszeniowego dostępnego na stronie internetowej Konferencji pod adresem: https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja/rejestracja.html, a następnie przeczytanie i akceptacja postanowień Regulaminu oraz dokonanie zapłaty Ceny do dnia 18 września 2020 r. do godz. 15:00. Organizator prześle przyjętym Uczestnikom Potwierdzenia zgłoszenia.
  2. Opłaty należy dokonać na rachunek nr 64 1020 2892 0000 5902 0731 6930. Po dniu 20 września 2020 r. zostanie rozesłane przez Organizatora do zarejestrowanych uczestników, którzy dokonali wpłaty, wysłany link do rejestracji na konferencję na platformie Zoom. Po dokonaniu rejestracji na platformie Zoom osoba otrzyma aktywny link do konferencji.
  3. Zgłoszenia do udziału w Konferencji online Organizator przyjmuje do dnia 18 września 2020 r. lub do momentu wyczerpania puli wolnych miejsc, o której mowa w 3 pkt 8 Regulaminu.
  4. Potwierdzeniem udziału w E-Konferencji jest przyjęcie zgłoszenia przez Organizatora. Brak udziału w E-Konferencji nie zwalnia Uczestnika z obowiązku dokonania zapłaty za udział.
  5. Organizator ma prawo odmówić uczestnictwa w Konferencji online Uczestnikowi, który nie dokonał wpłaty Ceny w terminie.
  6. Każdy Uczestnik otrzyma od Organizatora potwierdzenie uczestnictwa udziału w Konferencji, tj. stosowny certyfikat uczestnictwa. Uczestnik Konferencji odbierze certyfikat uczestnictwa po zakończeniu transmisji z Konferencji. Uczestnik upoważnia Organizatora do przesłania certyfikatu drogą elektroniczną na podany w trakcie Rejestracji adres e-mail.

 §5. CENA ZA UDZIAŁ I PŁATNOŚCI

  1. Udział w E-Konferencji jest płatny, jednakże Organizator dopuszcza możliwość udziału na warunkach „VIP” dla wybranych osób, które otrzymały imienne zaproszenia.
  2. Warunki udziału oraz Cena określone są przy zgłoszeniu na etapie Rejestracji.
  3. Cena obejmuje udział w konferencji online, streaming wykładów i dyskusji oraz dostęp do materiałów pokonferencyjnych.
  4. Cena zawiera podatek VAT.
  5. W przypadku dodatkowych pytań Organizator prosi o kontakt z osobą lub osobami wskazanymi w warunkach udziału na stronie internetowej z Rejestracją.
  6. Wpłaty w terminie uważa się za zrealizowane najpóźniej do dnia zamknięcia rejestracji, tj. do dnia 18 września 2020 r. W szczególnie uzasadnionych przypadkach możliwy jest kontakt z Organizatorem i modyfikacja tego zapisu zgodnie z zaakceptowanymi warunkami przez Organizatora i Nabywcę.
  7. Niedokonanie wpłaty jest tożsame z rezygnacją z wzięcia udziału w Konferencji online. Uczestnik może rozwiązać Umowę (odwołać uczestnictwo) na co najmniej 7 dni przed E-Konferencją poprzez wysłanie stosownego oświadczenia na adres e-mail do osoby kontaktowej wskazanej w warunkach udziału na etapie Rejestracji. W takim wypadku Organizator przyjmuje rezygnację, a zapłacona Cena za uczestnictwo w E-Konferencji zostanie zwrócona przelewem bankowym na numer rachunku, z którego dokonano zapłaty.

 §6. REKLAMACJE

  1. Wszelkie reklamacje Uczestników Konferencji wobec Organizatora powinny być zgłaszane w formie pisemnej za pośrednictwem adresu poczty elektronicznej lub na adres siedziby Organizatora i powinny zawierać: imię i nazwisko zgłaszającego reklamację, adres do korespondencji, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, przedmiot reklamacji, datę Konferencji oraz wskazanie okoliczności faktycznych uzasadniających reklamację.
  2. Reklamację Uczestnik Konferencji może zgłaszać nie później niż w terminie 3 dni od dnia zakończenia Konferencji.
  3. Po upływie wyżej określonego terminu żadne reklamacje nie będą uwzględniane.
  4. Organizator rozpatruje reklamację w ciągu 14 dni roboczych od daty złożenia reklamacji i przekazuje swoje stanowisko podmiotowi składającemu reklamację w formie, w której złożył reklamację.

 §7. DANE OSOBOWE

  1. Administratorem danych osobowych jest Zarząd Zieleni Miejskiej w Krakowie, adres: 30-059 Kraków, ul. Reymonta 20, który przetwarza dane osobowe Użytkowników (Uczestników) zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych osobowych w tym zakresie jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO) oraz zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (tekst jedn.: Dziennik Ustaw z 2019 r. poz. 1781).
  2. Dane osobowe Uczestnika przetwarzane są w celu przeprowadzenia Konferencji, w tym stworzenia listy uczestników Konferencji.
  3. Jeśli z jakiegoś powodu dane osobowe nie zostaną uzupełnione w formularzu rejestracji, nie będzie możliwości uczestniczenia w Konferencji.
  4. W dowolnym momencie Uczestnik może wycofać zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych, kierując w tej sprawie wniosek na adres Ten adres pocztowy jest chroniony przed spamowaniem. Aby go zobaczyć, konieczne jest włączenie w przeglądarce obsługi JavaScript. lub pocztą tradycyjną na adres: ul. W. Reymonta 20, 30-059 Kraków.
  5. Podmiotom danych przysługuje prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, możliwości ich poprawiania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia, prawie sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych, prawie do ich przenoszenia, a także prawie do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa .
  6. Dane będą przechowywane do momentu cofnięcia zgody na ich przetwarzanie i nie będą przekazane do państwa trzeciego (poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy).
  7. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do wzięcia udziału w Konferencji.
  8. W związku z przetwarzaniem danych w celu, o którym mowa w pkt 2 odbiorcami danych osobowych Uczestników mogą być:
    a) organy władzy publicznej oraz podmioty wykonujące zadania publiczne lub działające na zlecenie organów władzy publicznej, w zakresie i w celach, które wynikają z przepisów powszechnie obowiązującego prawa;
  9. b) inne podmioty, które na podstawie stosownych umów podpisanych z ZZM przetwarzają dane osobowe, dla których Administratorem jest Zarząd Zieleni Miejskiej w Krakowie.
  10. Dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany, w tym również profilowane.
  11. Organizator przyjął i przestrzega polityki bezpieczeństwa.
  12. Organizator podejmuje wszelkie środki bezpieczeństwa zgodne z przepisami prawa. Informacje o szczególnym znaczeniu, w tym dane osobowe oraz informacje związane ze szczegółami płatności zebrane w celu przeprowadzenia transakcji handlowych są szyfrowane.

§8. OBOWIĄZKI UCZESTNIKÓW

  1. Uczestnik zobowiązany jest zapoznać się z Regulaminem.
  2. Uczestnik zobowiązuje się do posługiwania się prawdziwymi, tj. zgodnymi ze stanem faktycznym i prawnym danymi, w tym danymi osobowymi, co do których ma pełne prawo do posługiwania się nimi.
  3. Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do udziału w E-Konferencji w sposób nieprowadzący do utrudniania lub zakłócania przeprowadzenia Konferencji online oraz niepodejmowania jakichkolwiek działań, które są niezgodne z przepisami powszechnie obowiązującego prawa bądź dobrymi obyczajami, a także naruszających dobra osobiste innych Uczestników lub Nabywcy, osób trzecich lub uzasadnione interesy Organizatora albo innych Uczestników, Nabywcy lub osób trzecich.

§9. ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ

  1. Organizator oświadcza, że treści przekazane przez niego w trakcie Konferencji mają charakter wyłącznie edukacyjny. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody powstałe u Uczestników lub osób trzecich, w związku lub na skutek wykorzystania przez Uczestników informacji, wiedzy lub umiejętności zdobytych w trakcie Konferencji.
  2. W przypadku, gdy Konferencja nie odbędzie się z przyczyn wyłącznie zależnych od Organizatora, Organizator niezwłocznie poinformuje o tym fakcie Uczestnika.
  3. W przypadku, gdy Konferencja nie odbędzie się z przyczyn niezależnych od Organizatora, tj. tzw. „siły wyższej”, Uczestnikowi nie przysługuje prawo do odszkodowania lub do zwrotu jakichkolwiek opłat związanych z uczestnictwem w Konferencji, a także kosztów usług dodatkowych zleconych Organizatorowi przez Uczestników Konferencji.
  4. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za:
    1. niepoprawnie wpisane Dane osobowe przez Uczestnika,
    2. brak dostępu do sieci Internet uniemożliwiający dokonanie Rejestracji albo ograniczenia w jego dostępności,
    3. nieodpowiednie warunki techniczne komputera lub innego urządzenia Uczestnika, niespełniające wymagań od których zależy prawidłowe korzystanie z Konferencji online,
    4. poniesione szkody, jak i utracone korzyści przez Uczestnika, Nabywcę lub osoby trzecie, które spowodowane zostały na skutek podania nieprawdziwych Danych osobowych przez osobę dokonującą Rejestracji;
    5. poniesione szkody, jak i utracone korzyści przez Uczestnika, Nabywcę lub osoby trzecie, które spowodowane zostały na skutek działania lub zaniechania osób trzecich, na które nie miał wpływu Organizator,
    6. poniesione szkody, jak i utracone korzyści przez Uczestnika, Nabywcę lub osoby trzecie, które spowodowane zostały na skutek odwołania E-Konferencji przez Organizatora w wyniku siły wyższej (zdarzenia losowe, na które nie miał wpływu Organizator).
  5. Uczestnik na własne ryzyko i na własną odpowiedzialność bierze udział w Konferencji online.

 §10. WŁASNOŚĆ INTELEKTUALNA

  1. Tytuł i program E-Konferencji, w tym strona www, układ, loga, grafiki, zdjęcia, pliki audio i video wykorzystywane do promocji E-Konferencji, jak i prezentacje przysługują Organizatorowi albo osobie trzeciej (jeśli zostało tak oznaczone) i są prawnie chronione.
  2. Powyższe oznaczenia i materiały nie mogą być wykorzystywane bez pisemnej zgody Organizatora albo osoby trzeciej będącej właścicielem praw, w szczególności nie mogą być używane w powiązaniu z produktami lub usługami osób trzecich w sposób, który może wprowadzić potencjalnych klientów Organizatora w błąd lub w inny sposób zaszkodzić Organizatorowi. Kopiowanie materiałów konferencyjnych lub/i nagrywanie Konferencji online, a także udostępnianie takich materiałów i nagrań jest nielegalne oraz podlega odpowiedzialności karnej zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych (tekst jedn.: Dziennik Ustaw z 2019 r. poz. 1231 z późn. zm.).
  3. Uczestnikowi ani żadnej osobie trzeciej nie wolno usuwać, zakrywać, uniemożliwiać odczytanie ani zmieniać znaków towarowych, informacji o prawach autorskich lub innych oznaczeń dotyczących praw własności zawartych w jakichkolwiek materiałach dotyczących E-Konferencji.

§11. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

  1. Wysłanie zgłoszenia rejestracyjnego zamieszczonego na stronie internetowej Konferencji oznacza akceptację postanowień Regulaminu, a także przestrzegania przepisów porządkowych oraz wszelkich innych ustaleń dokonanych między Uczestnikiem a Organizatorem.
  2. Szczegółowy program Konferencji zostanie zamieszczony na stronie internetowej Konferencji na dwa tygodnie przed planowanym terminem rozpoczęcia Konferencji.
  3. Wszelkie spory mogące wyniknąć z tytułu uczestnictwa w Konferencji będą rozstrzygane przez sąd właściwy dla siedziby Organizatora.
  4. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają odpowiednie przepisy prawa polskiego.
  5. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem jego zamieszczenia na stronie internetowej https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja/regulamin.html Organizator ma prawo zmiany postanowień Regulaminu. Zmiany wchodzą w życie od dnia ich zamieszczenia na stronie internetowej.

Regulations for participation in the on-line conference: NEW CITY HABITAT, September 25, 2020

§1. ORGANIZER / TERM

These Regulations define the conditions of participation in the NEW CITY HABITAT Conference organized by the Municipality of Krakow and the Director of the City Greenery Board in Krakow.

The online conference will be held on September 25, 2020 and will be broadcast over the Internet.  Access to the broadcast will be possible after logging in to the Zoom platform.

§
2. DEFINITIONS

  1. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Regulations, the following terms have been given the following meanings:
  2. Regulations - this document contains a set of rules and conditions for participation in the Conference, available on the website at: https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja/regulamin.html,
    Organizer - City of Krakow (NIP: 676-101-37-17), represented by the Director of the City Greenery Board in Krakow, address: ul. Reymonta 20, 30-059 Kraków, a department of the Municipality of Kraków,
  3. Conference - the ON LINE conference organized by the City of Krakow under the name: "NEW CITY HABITAT" on September 25, 2020,
  4. Registration - reporting to the Organizer the intent to participate in the Conference by filling in the Application Form,
  5. Application form - the form available on the website: https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja/rejestracja.html, through which Registration takes place,
  6. Confirmation of the application - a message sent by the Organizer to the e-mail address provided by the Participant during the Registration process, confirming the Registration,
  7. Participant – the person indicated in the Application Form,
  8. Price - the price for participation in the E-Conference in accordance with § 5 of the Regulations,
  9. Personal data - data that allows to identify a person and establish their identity.
§3. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  1. The official website of the Conference is available at: https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja.html
  2. As part of the Conference there will be lectures and Q&A sessions.
  3. These Regulations constitute an integral part of the Conference Registration and apply to all Participants.
  4. The technical requirements necessary to use the Organizer's website are:
  5. a device with access to the Internet,
  6. access to an e-mail account,
  7. a properly configured web browser that supports cookies. Proposed browsers: Internet Explorer version min. 8.0, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome,

  9. Information about the Conference (including the prices listed) are presented on the Organiser's website, which do not constitute offers within 66 § 1 of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 3145, as amended). Information about the Conference (including pricing) is only an invitation to form a contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
  10. The conference is conducted in English. Simultaneous translation into Polish is provided.
  11. The conference is only open to registrants.
  12. The number of Conference Participants is limited to 200 people.
  13. The Organizer may ask the Participants for the general opinion and level of satisfaction with the online Conference, including the organization and manner of registration. Opinions can be collected in the form of questions or short questionnaires available in paper or electronic form.
  14. The Organizer may keep and publish statistics on the Conference online.
  15. The Organizer has the right to send Notifications in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  16. The organizer has the right to expand the features of the E-Conference functionality at its discretion. Such changes may not reduce the quality of the online Conference.
§4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
  1. To register for the Conference via the online Application Form available on the Conference website at: https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja/rejestracja.html, and then read and accept the provisions of the Regulations and pay by September 18. 2020, 15:00. The Organizer will email Application Confirmations.
  2. The payment must be made via the link provided during registration. After September 20, 2020 the Organizer will send a link to register for the conference on the Zoom platform to the paid and registered participants. After registering on the Zoom platform, the person will receive an active link to the conference.
  3. The Organizer will continue to accept applications for participation in the Online Conference until September 18, 2020 or until there is no more space. (See point 8 above).
  4. Confirmation of participation in the E-Conference is the acceptance of the application by the Organizer. Failure to participate in the E-Conference does not release the Participant from the obligation to pay for the participation.
  5. The Organizer has the right to refuse a participant in the Online Conference if they have not paid on time.
  6. Each Participant will receive a relevant certificate of participation from the Organizer after the Conference has ended. The Participant authorizes the Organizer to send the certificate by e-mail to the e-mail address provided during Registration.
§5. PRICE FOR PARTICIPATION AND PAYMENTS
  1. Participation in the E-Conference is paid, however the Organizer allows the possibility of "VIP" participation for select people with valid personal invitations.
  2. The conditions of participation and the Price are specified at the Registration stage.
  3. The price includes online conference participation, streaming of lectures and discussions and access to post-conference materials.
  4. The price includes VAT.
  5. In case of additional questions, the Organizer asks for contact with the person or persons indicated within the terms of participation listed on the website of Registration.
  6. Payments is due no later than the date of the registration closure, i.e. by September 18, 2020. In special cases it is possible to contact the Organizer and modify this provision in accordance with the terms accepted by the Organizer and the participant.
  7. Failure to make payment is equal to resignation from participation in the Online Conference. The Participant may terminate the Agreement (cancel participation) at least 7 days before the E-Conference by sending an appropriate statement to the e-mail address of the contact person indicated in the terms of participation at the Registration stage. In this case the Organizer will accept the resignation, and the Price paid for participation in the E-Conference will be refunded by bank transfer to the account number from which the payment was made.
§6. COMPLAINTS
  1. All complaints of the Conference Participants against the Organizer should be submitted in writing via the e-mail address or to the address of the Organizer's office and should include: name and surname of the person submitting the complaint, correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number, subject of the complaint, date of the Conference and indication of the factual circumstances justifying the complaint.
  2. Complaints may be submitted by the Conference Participant within 3 days of the end of the Conference.
  3. No complaints will be considered after the deadline specified above.
  4. The organizer will consider complaints within 14 working days of of filing and will provide its position to the entity submitting the complaint in the same form that the complaint was submitted.
§7. PERSONAL DATA

  1. The administrator of personal data is the City Greenery Authority in Kraków, address: 30-059 Kraków, ul. Reymonta 20, which processes the personal data of Users (Participants) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the legal basis for the processing of personal data in this regard is Article 6 (1) (a) RODO) and in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781).
  2. The Participant's personal data is processed in order to conduct the Conference, including creating a list of Conference participants.
  3. If for some reason your personal data is not completed in the registration form, the registrant will be unable to participate in the Conference.
  4. At any time, the Participant may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a request to the following address: Ten adres pocztowy jest chroniony przed spamowaniem.   5. Participants have the right to access their personal data with the possibility of correcting, deleting or limiting them; the right to object to data processing, the right to transfer them, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. The data will be stored until the consent for their processing is withdrawn and will not be transferred to a third party or country (outside the European Economic Area).
  7. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Conference.
  8. In connection with the processing of data for the purpose referred to in point 2, the recipients of the Participant’s personal data may be:
  9. public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law;
  10. other entities which, on the basis of relevant contracts signed with ZZM, process personal data for which the Administrator is the City Greenery Authority in Krakow.
  11. The data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
  12. The organizer has adopted and complies with the security policy.
  13. The organizer respects all security measures in accordance with the law. Information of special interest, including personal data and information related to payment details collected in order to carry out business transactions, is encrypted.
§8. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS
  1. The participant is obliged to read the Regulations.
  2. The participant undertakes to use real data, i.e. data consistent with the factual and legal status, including personal data for which he has the full right to use them.
  3. The Participant is obliged to participate in the E-Conference in ways that do not impede or interfere with the online Conference. They will not take any actions that are inconsistent with the provisions of generally applicable law or morality, or would violate the personal rights of any other Participant or Buyer, third parties or legitimate interests of the Organizer or other Participants, Purchaser or third parties.
§9. RESPONSIBILITY
  1. The organizer declares that the content provided during the Conference is purely educational. The Organizer is not liable for damages caused to Participants or third parties in connection with or as a result of the Participants use of information, knowledge or skills acquired during the Conference.
  2. If the Conference does not take place for reasons solely attributable to the Organizer, the Organizer will immediately inform the Participant.
  3. If the Conference is not held for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, i.e. "Force majeure", the Participant is not entitled to compensation or reimbursement of any fees related to participation in the Conference or the costs of additional services ordered by the Conference Participants by the Organizer.
  4. The organizer is not responsible for:
  5. incorrectly entered personal data by the Participant,
  6. lack of access to the Internet preventing Registration or limitation of its availability,
  7. inappropriate technical conditions of the Participant's computer or other device that do not meet the requirements for which the correct use of the Online Conference depends,
  8. damage suffered and profits lost by the Participant, the Purchaser or third parties, which were caused by providing false Personal Data by the person making the Registration;
  9. losses suffered and profits lost by the Participant, the Buyer or third parties, which were caused by the actions or omission of third parties beyond the control of the Organizer,
  10. damage suffered and profits lost by the Participant, the Buyer or third parties, which were caused by the cancellation of the E-Conference by the Organizer as a result of force majeure (random events beyond the control of the Organizer).
  11. The participant takes part in the Online Conference at his / her own risk and responsibility.
§10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  1. The title and program of the E-Conference, including the website, layout, logos, graphics, photos, audio and video files used to promote the E-Conference, as well as the presentations, are the property of the Organizer or a third party (if so marked) and are legally protected.
  2. The above markings and materials may not be used without the written consent of the Organizer or a third party who owns the rights, in particular, they may not be used in connection with products or services of third parties in a way that may mislead the Organizer's potential customers or otherwise harm the Organizer. Copying of conference materials and / or recording of the Conference online, as well as sharing such materials and recordings is illegal and is subject to criminal liability in accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019 No. item 1231, as amended).
  3. The participant or any third party may not remove, cover, prevent reading or alteration of trademarks, copyright notices or other proprietary notices contained in any E-Conference material.
§11. FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. By sending the registration form posted on the Conference website, you accept the provisions of the Regulations and agree to comply with the regulations and other arrangements made between the Participant and the Organizer.
  2. The detailed program of the Conference will be posted on the Conference website two weeks before the planned date of the Conference.
  3. Any legal disputes that may arise from participation in the Conference will be settled by the court competent for the seat of the Organizer.
  4. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
    The Regulations come into force on the day of their publication on the website https://zzm.krakow.pl/konferencja/regulamin.html. The Organizer has the right to amend the provisions of the Regulations. The changes come into force from the date they are posted on the website.
